1. ThefashionDen provides our services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at http://the-fashion-den.blogspot.com/, you have accepted these conditions therefore please read them carefully.
2. First come first serve basis.
3. In any cases, refund/exchange/meet up/trade is not possible.
4. All sales are FINAL. Absolutely NO CHANGES will be entertained for any reason.
5. All prices are non-negotiable. No discounts or promotion prices unless stated.
6.Only SERIOUS BUYERS! Be sure about purchasing the item before confirming your purchase by sending in the order form.
7. Upon confirmation of availability of item purchased through email/sms, reservation of the item would be made for 2 days while pending payment type of your choice. (PLEASE INFORM US AFTER YOU HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT VIA SMS/EMAIL PROVIDING INFORMATION ON WHICH BANK YOU BANK IN, BANK IN AMOUNT, DATE AND TIME)
8. Reservation exceed within 2 days will be canceled automatically and item would be listed for sale.
9. Postage is done via POSLAJU / POS EXPRESS / REGISTERED POST (recommended) and posting will only be done on Saturdays.
10. Delivery Fees are not included in item price. Please take note that there will be extra minimal charge on the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items.

12. We will not be held responsible if parcel were to go missing or if any damages were to happen to the parcel during shipment.
13. Links from or to websites outside this website are meant for convenience only. T.F.D shall not be responsible and makes no warranties in respect of the contents of those websites, the third parties named therein or their products and services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and T.F.D will not be liable for any damages in connection with linking.
14. T.F.D reserves the right to deduct the balance of a member's points accumulation in the event that: - any points are suspected of being fraudulently recorded- any points are recorded in error and- any points relate to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given.
15. T.F.D reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended regardless will always override the existing Terms and Conditions.
